Rentals America has done right by me since 2020. I have a SFH in the outerlying Phoenix area, and have had zero issues in landing a tenant thanks to the hard work of ****** at Rentals America. We had a very poor experience with Rentals America and would caution anyone against renting a property with Rental America ******. On multiple occasions, the company charged us additional fees without any advance warning or rationale. On move-out, they withheld over $2000 for an alleged problem with the garage door. Absolutely terrible and discriminatory management by the property manager - ************************* from the ****, ** office. She is quick to make false allegations against tenants who have documented medical conditions. *** recently filed a complaint with *************************** over a extremely distressing situation that occurred due to this property managers mistake. BEWARE FIRST TIME LANDLORDS!!Stay away from this rental management company. I have had a terrible experience with this company in past few weeks.
