I hired RentalHouse PM to be the point of contact for my 4-plex in the event that there were any tenant repair or maintenance issues. Since they have been very responsive to issues as they have arisen, I also decided to use them to find a tenant for a subsequent vancancy. They worked quickly and professionally, finding a very qualified tenant within less than two weeks. I've been very happy so far with the service.
Quite happy with working with Rental House. They jumped in with a professional on boarding system, making it easy to get my house prepped and ready to go onto the market for rental. They were very communicative the entire time. Got my house listed quickly and got the asking price I was going for. Seems like the family that’s moving in is going to be perfect so I’m quite happy with that. I have worked with several property management companies in the area and these guys seem to be the best of the bunch so far.
