Great management company. We, as an HVAC vendor working with Armen and Paul, have been very happy. We are given clear instructions, and find it easy to work with everyone. They like things to be done quickly, but they always make sure we have everything we need for the visits.

I was stressed out dealing with showings and navigating different tenant laws on my own. I reached out to maybe 10 different property management companies and they were the most personable. I didn’t feel like I was working with a corporate company that doesn’t care about you or the tenant. They care about the landlord, but also the tenant. They tell you what’s best for you and the tenant, which I love. Definitely give them a call if you’re interested!
