They were able to quickly come out to take great photos, list our rental unit, manage communications with prospective tenants, and organize all the showings. It took a huge load of work off my plate. Quite happy with working with Rental House. They jumped in with a professional on boarding system, making it easy to get my house prepped and ready to go onto the market for rental. They were very communicative the entire time. Got my house listed quickly and got the asking price I was going for. Seems like the family that’s moving in is going to be perfect so I’m quite happy with that. I have worked with several property management companies in the area and these guys seem to be the best of the bunch so far.
