I’ve had a great experience with RentalHouse Property Management here at my place in Burbank. They made the application process simple and quick. Their communication is top notch and even responding during off hours. I had a few minor things that needed to be fixed after moving in and they had them fixed promptly. I’m happy they’re managing my apartment😃
Quite happy with working with Rental House. They jumped in with a professional on boarding system, making it easy to get my house prepped and ready to go onto the market for rental. They were very communicative the entire time. Got my house listed quickly and got the asking price I was going for. Seems like the family that’s moving in is going to be perfect so I’m quite happy with that. I have worked with several property management companies in the area and these guys seem to be the best of the bunch so far.
I own a construction company out projects last after from 1 year to 3 years, every time we need housing for our long term project managers that come in from out of town we rely on Paul and his staff to facilitate the process. They have been great. They are a great resource. I'm grateful for all the help through the years.
As a landlord, I should've made the call to RentalHouse a long time ago. These guys know what they are doing. They were able to quickly come out to take great photos, list our rental unit, manage communications with prospective tenants, and organize all the showings. It took a huge load of work off my plate. And they were able to get my unit rented in a couple weeks. Highly recommend.
Paul exceeds the norm for property managers in LA. He takes care of our requests in a timely and courteous manner! We are thankful for him.
