I'm in the process of moving out they don't take care of their clients it's hard to get work done.
Wow I read the reviews and how the manager handles responding, very unproffesional responses. How did you get a manager position? You have no customer skills. Passive aggressive, guess Mr. Adrian Briones does not realize these residents bring him food to the table. Will not be leasing here.
We rented a house through Rental Success for 2 years. The best service, however, started when the new property manager, Roberto Flores, came on board. He was always available and quick to answer any concerns or work order requests we had. Even moving out of the rental property, after purchasing our own home, was easy, and Mr. Flores was great to work with through the process.
