Vern always gets what I need. He tried to hire me as his phone anwserer today. But I was busy and his customer service is probably better then mine!
We called to ask to reserve a piano dolly. They said they had several. Show up to find they are trying to give us a furniture dolly. We wouldn't have called for a piano dolly if we needed a furniture dolly. Won't be back.
Place was much better when it was Root’s Rents. Customer service is horrible unless you ask for David. There are always 2 employees wandering around outside but equipment hasn’t been ready to go the last few times I’ve rented from them.
Sad that this isn't owned my the Roots anymore, but employees are wicked awesome!
