Insulting, Confusing, Unpleasant Dealing with Mari was a nightmare. She was rude, offensive confusing, and unclear and then blamed her shortcomings on me. I have NEVER had problems with landlords in the past. I was greatly offended by Mari. Not only does she seem to practice poor business (she rarely accepts phone calls or responds to emails) but she seems to be an overall inconsiderate, mean, and confused person. I would not reccommend renting or doing any kind of business with her.

Terrible Mari is horrible! She is never prepared, never happy, and always bitter. I have never seen this lady smile! Every conversation I have had with her was long, drawn out and never went anywhere. She tried to use her so called knowledge to make people feel stupid and threaten people with no grounds to stand on. If you can, stay away. Any dealings with her will stress your life out and make you miserable until the last time you have to speak to her!

anyhbody at the office I've been trying to reach this office for nearly a week now for a possible rental, all I get is" this mail box is full". Very confused.

Kelly Bemus, Realtor Mari is great! I'm a landlord in Cedar Rapids and everytime I have a home for rent I call her and get it on her "list". Yes, it might be hard to leave a message when her voicemail is full, but that signifys to me that she is a busy lady! She has sent me wonderful tenants and is always pleasant and detail oriented.....I refer at least 2 people a month to Mari :) Thanks for ALL of your hard work!

so-so service. I have to agree with a few things previously stated: things are rarely done on time and it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone there. However, the property we're renting is nice and well taken care of.

Rental Experience I would like to also respond to some of the comments made on this site. I am a owner of a rental property and have worked with Mary almost 10 years and I have never had a issue with how she conducts herself or how she does business. From one of the comments I read, my question to you is how did you treat her. Mary will always be respectful and courteous so from knowing her I would say that it was you who caused this situation and her response. HEADACHES BEWARE We rented from them for a year and had several issues with the house we moved in to. It hadn't been lived in for quite some time and I made the mistake of not taking pictures of the place before we moved in... A years worth of headaches and severe attitude from yes "the lady" I will not use her name. Once you sign that lease you are nothing to her and she could care less about how quickly she gets back to you. Make sure you count the number of nail holes in all the walls when you move in... No good, very unreliable This place is very detailed with lease specifics (which is great), but beware because it takes them forever to get back to you when there is a problem with the place you are renting. It takes days to resolve the simplest problem and sometimes you can't even get them to call you back. The professional part is there, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I have rented for 10 years and never felt this frustrated.

nice work! good working with this business! very by the book as far as rental leasses go. Good to work with. Found a place to live within the first two properties. She helped us sub lease the place when our family got larger and had to buy house.
