This company really cares for the people who work there, they truly make repairs and maintenance on the properties they take care of.
I would not rent from them. They have sewer running straight to the backyard on a few houses. They have extension cords running under the houses because they either to lazy or cheap to fix it correctly. They are told to patch and cover it rather than fixing it correctly. They have bad turn over because of cheap pay. Beware if thinking of renting fire hazards.Sewer they don't fix anything 👎
Worst experience ever. Tried to go look at a house that they have for rent and it took them 30 minutes to even answer the phone for a code to even look at a property and then put me on hold and never answered the phone again. Hang up then call back a few times before an answer. Then find out it already has someone trying to rent it.
