My bank account was debited TWICE in April for rent. It is AUGUST and I am still receiving notes on my door (because they don’t know how to use email) that I’m late on my rent! I’ve been banned from paying online so I’ve paid rent via their requirements since May, have copies of every receipt and was told that my lease would not be renewed after 2 years. Never had a late payment and only 2 maintenance requests, that were not completed. Do not rent from this company.
I've been renting with them for 3 years now. They are very great people, and they take care of their tenants very well!
