I paid an application fee of $80.00 (40 for me and 40 for my daughter because she is over 18) Feb. 13, 2018 and today is April 10, 2018 and I still have not heard from them to tell me if I was approved or not approved for the rental property. Awful, absolutely awful. When I initially hired Rental Realty I told them Jordan and his wife that the driveway that is connected to both my property and the rental property was for the main residence (mine) and not for any of the tenants. This information was completely disregarded and EVERY tenant from then on had been informed that Rental Realty told them that the driveway was theirs.
