I had been a tenant of a property managed by Rental Pros for the last 2 years and recently moved. I've found their support and response to any repair required or assistance in any way had been amazingly responsive. John of Rental Pros had been great in making sure that everything in the apartment I was renting was as good or better than if I had contracted the repair to be done myself. I feel that you can't go wrong where Rental Pros is involved.

Rental Pros has been managing my 3 properties for about 4 months. Unfortunately, during that time each property had some kind of issue that needed attention. Each issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with minimum effort on my part. Where repairs were required, Rental Pros made sure that quality vendors were brought in and costs were kept reasonable. If I acquire additional properties in the future I will definitely be using Rental Pros for management.

We were using Caldwell Banker for years - we became increasingly unhappy with the follow thru and as the staff there was changing we began looking for a replacement management company for our rental properties.
