Sharon is an excellent property manager and great to work with. We were tenants in a large house and she was very responsive to our needs and questions. When it was time to move out, she was very reasonable and helped us receive our full deposit. This is the best rental company I've worked with as a tenant, and I highly recommend them.
We had an appointment with Sharon last week, to view a house we were very interested in. We both left work early and drove all the way there, but when we arrived, Sharon was nowhere to be found. My partner called her and all she said is "oh sorry, it's been rented," even though she had even told us not to worry about it being rented, since we had to wait 2 days to view it.
