I have been renting a house that has been managed by this company for years. The owner is extremely rude, and the way they run business is prehistoric. For the longest time, I would have to drive clear across town just to pay rent. For years they have placed leases in the property mailbox for me to sign and return. Very professional , but they didn't have what I was needing.
I rented from Sandra years ago when I was young and struggling she was a very sweet and compassionate lady. I would consider renting again if she had courtesy officer spot for law enforcement
Alias Rental Properties LLC. We'll let me just say that I got approved for one of these rentals. I got the call Tuesday saying I got approved for a 2 bd 1 ba. I got a call Wednesday telling me that they rented the house to someone else. So I lost the app fee and the house. Mila was the agent. She lies about everything.
