My husband and I just moved into a rental in CDA and we love it! The application and move in process was quick and Benchmark’s communication was top notch! They answered any and all questions we had! Incredibly kind and helpful! Very happy with the service we have had and continue to receive!

not good
To say that they are simply "incompetent" is not enough. They are more likely to make a mistake than perform a basic task. Never an apology. In fact, when pointing out mistakes (rent amount, due, etc.) they become vindictive... and now want to force themselves into my home (3rd time). The 'contract' says that they can (apparently). Hoping that police action is not necessary.
