June 9, 2018 Shoemaker Property and Realty I will never rent from them again! It is a scanless & a shame the way they handle business & how you have to Force them to handle their part. I have conversed with Amanda Jackson Higgabotham & the owner Mrs. Shirley Shoemaker Ladd on several different occasions about my A/C. Business when it come to repairs are handled very badly. I've had a very positive experience working with them. Very fast to get maintenance issues addressed. Friendly people in the office.
Terrible owners. My daughter's apartment caught on fire by lightning. The owners nor the manager showed up to check on the tenants. My daughter is six months pregnant with a four year old son, rent paid early, and the manager said call us tomorrow. It's raining, there is no electricity, and the fireman said they can't stay there. Horrible business practices!!
