I am shocked that Jason has gotten these positive reviews. If I could give him less than one I would. I hired him to manage a rental property. He was all big talk when we first met. He would leave gift baskets for the renters..he would keep an eye on the house to make sure there were no parties...he would check the house after renters left..lie, lie, lie. I have found that he is very reliable when it comes to scheduling inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
