I cannot recommend Jason based on my experience. I initially contacted him because I was looking for someone to show my rental property while I was out of state, and I was also considering his company for full-service property management. Terrible service, never responds to calls, emails and texts, ghost you at random. Unreliable and not professional.

All Island property options has been a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with my heating system this winter when it was extremely cold. Jason was great with his quick response and immediately addressed and rectified the issue.

I’ve managed my own rental properties for many years, but as I’ve gotten older, I decided to start handing things off one property at a time. Over the past year, Jason and his team have earned my trust in a way that’s not easy to do in this business. They’re organized, responsive, and quick to catch issues I likely would have missed. Everything is handled professionally, and it’s taken a lot off my plate. Looking back, I only wish I had made the decision sooner. Thank you all very much.
