Customer service is severely lacking.
You shouldn’t lecture potential customers. I don’t need to know when the right time it was for me to set up a delivery. I was calling because someone didn’t deliver the equipment I needed on time. I thought I could get lucky and switch my business to this company. Instead, I got lectured by someone that didn’t know the situation.
Amazing folks
Do not do business with these guys. 2 Quotes over the phone $2400 - $2800. When I get in Mike quoted me $4000. Quoted me nearly $1500 more than the competitors on similar equipment. Mike the sales rep in there does not want the business. Horrible customer service.
Great company. When I first saw the negative reviews, I was worried about dealing with Texas First. But my experience was GREAT.
