Very peaceful surrounding
There needs to be more maintenance workers to help get the service request done sooner. The homeless people should be able to hang out in front of apartments, or stairs. (This is very dangerous for the residents). Also, Residents should not be able to smoke weed in front of the apartments or stairs.

I am enjoying living here at Columbia Park the area is very quiet and property is well maintained there is police coming through the community regularly which makes me feel safe so far its been a very nice place to live
