Roseann was great in helping us find a home. I appreciate the traditional values in this business, something not common with many rental management places. Move in was a breeze and Roseann is very sweet, kind and on top of everything. Look forward to our time working together. I am currently a tenant. If I could give a zero I would. Mainly due to the unprofessional lack of courtesy from Juan Robles the broker. He was very impolite, dismissive, and rude to me. I called him regarding a late fee and he laughed at me when I said he was unprofessional because he thought I said improfessional. I said why do you laugh? He says because that is not a word.
