Update 8-19-23 to the point i am just not being allowed water at all. hpd has come out several times and water is miraculously back on, as soon as they leave water is taken out again by unit 4b as they can hear the different footsteps via the over 17 years long water damaged squeaking sagging floors rma legally agreed to repair yet wont nor will they send the plumbers to stop the harassment.. see my google review for more details about the sanctioned harassment. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Rental+Management+Associat... read more
This is a delusional, deadbeat management co. that won’t fix anything even with numerous hpd violations, hp judge orders and a signed settlement agreement. They refuse to answer emails, fire the harassing incompetent alcoholic super that self proclaims “he doesn’t know how to fix anything” and won’t stop 3 related apts from criminally slamming doors no less than 15-30 times a day and night for the past 6months.
