I was a tenant with Rental Link for an annual lease and I wish I would have never been. Anytime there was an issue with our property, they made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them to have it fixed. They were never on time, and took forever to get anything done. It was a process just to get in contact with them. They took more days out of the office than anyone I have ever known. They are unprofessional, I do not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
I was a tenant with Rental Link for more than a year. During the tenancy the service provided by Rental Link was just average, they did not show much interest in helping with the various issues that periodically arise in a house but at least after insisting for a while those issues were eventually resolved.
