I have had a horrible experience. Texts and calls from a different person or number every time. They took weeks to "verify" even though my landlord said he sent it back to them. They website said ongoing reporting was $6.95 + $2.00 for spouse and they tried charging me $26.85 for something, then $57.30, after I paid $110 upfront. When I texted back to the numbers I was being texted from, I got no response. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
