The experience was absolutely amazing. Not only was my credit score impacted positively, but the customer service was great. Any time I called, I got to speak to an actual person. I paid the service fee on 09/07/2013 and completed and returned all documentation 09/09/2013 for this company to report my excellent rental history and that was the last I heard from this company. Their commitment is to verify the rental history verifications forms with your bank and then send your data to PRBC within 30 days or they are to refund you 100% of the service fee.
