If you are a landlord, this is a waste of time! I was in a nasty dispute with THE WORST tenant I have ever had in 35 years of renting apartments, and the Mediation folks clearly sided with every aspect of the tenants unreasonable demands, even when it went beyond what the law clearly states. They don't mediate, they advocate ... for the tenant. I would never use these guys again!

Very friendly and helpful people. My request and issues wasn't their area but anyway they listened about the problem I'm concern and respond me very clearly, also help with a other office may can helper. To bad wasn't my area because I'm sure I don't be worries anymore. THANK YOU.
