I was recommended RentalHeroes based on property. The leasing agement/property manager and I had an upfront conversation letting him know the barriers I was facing. His response was not to worry, worst case they raise deposit. I said great I can handle that. Then I apply and after about 7-10 days, and multiple email exchanges, even one saying "looks like a bigger deposit" in an email after 9pm, I was still denied after providing all the facts up front.
