They are charging some tenants more than others with the same rooms/square footage without any improvements. They are forcing all tenants to get an email address, including having their roommate make an email address for them, which is illegal.
Business response:
Our system *************** and we do ask everyone if they have an email or if someone can help them set up and email for them if they need assistance. Some tenants are unable to have email which is acceptable as well. Rent at this complex have gone up, but rent amounts all depend on when everyone has moved in. Just this past year one of the improvements that was made was $40,000 was stuck into replacing all patio doors with brand new doors sliding doors.
Taking application fees after seeing a property but dont answer the phone. Highly unprofessional. Left voicemail to get follow up. Receive a text response days later that had absolutely nothing to do with my question. Feeling like they just take your money without going through the true vetting process. Probably just pocketing the money. Im happy i researched them because literally every website is only one star reviews. I understand why.
The worst company ever, they are liars and horrible people. They never fix anything you tell them to or if you complain too much you will get a thirty day notice on your door. The hot water sucks, the windows are old and ancient. The thermostats are out dated and the carpet is filthy, old run down air conditioners. Peggy L**** is the biggest liar of them all. They will take your money and move you in but good luck after that!!<br /> <br /> <br />
