THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY HAVE ALOT OF HOUSES THAT THE PROPERTY TAXES ARE NOT UP TO DATE HE TRY TO PUSH ME INTO A PLACE THAT WAS 2YEARS BEHIND ON TAXES I DID THE CREDIT APPLICATION AND HE WOULD ONLY TAKE CASH NO MONEY ORDER OR CHECK SO THERES NO WAY TO TRACK MY PAYMENT HE DOES ALL THE WORK WITH HIS WIFE OUT OF HIS HOUSE AND NEVER IS REALLY AVALIBLE TO MEET PEOPLE AT NORMAL TIMES DONT DO IT
