Very disappointed in customer service and it was with a manager in the tool rental department. Rented a small backhoe for 24 hours; the thing broke down within a few hours of using. A mechanic was called for it to be serviced at our home and he couldn’t fix. Took it back to maybe swap out for another and that it would be fine to take, finish out the day etc; but no. They charged us for four hours and refunded the difference which was fine but wanted us to rent another machine for another day but actually charge us more even ... read more

Rented the rug doctor thing. We had a few small coffee stains on the carpet that were bugging me, and I didn't want to wait for an appointment with a pro cleaner so I thought I'd do it myself. I wish I could give it negative stars. The guy at the counter was fine, the checkout was fine, but the machine itself is terrible. I went over the area several times using the soap HD sold me, then several times with hot water. The result is that the carpet looks much WORSE now. MUCH MUCH WORSE. See pics below.
