rented equipment today, got home and it didnt work. We brought it right back and they wont even give us our money back. Faulty equipment and bad customer service
Rented chairs for a party. The chairs were disgustingly dirty and needed to be washed before use. Additionally, many were broken or broke when guests sat on them. Poor quality items and horrible customer service.
They picked machine up early. Tuesday afternoon instead of Wednesday afternoon Didn’t get a chance to completely refuel Then charged me $212 in fuel. Wouldn’t give back my $500 deposit. Said there was damage but wouldn’t tell me or show me what or where. Shady people running a shady business.
Straight assholes no customer service faulty equipment when told about the equipment being faulty an explained to them what was wrong they did not want to hear it. They are rude an I would never send someone there Middletown rental is way more professional compared to these guys. They get a negative score from me.
I rented a machine and confirmed it. Today I called to say I on my way up to pick up the machine and they gave the trailer to someone else. So after having 20 ton of stone delivered they had no way of getting the machine to me they are the worst place I have ever dealt with.
