I put in a request at 8:00am because my toilet was whistling. By 9:00 there was a knock on the door. Ivan came in, fixed everything by quickly with a smile and a great attitude. Very little goes wrong in my apartment, but when it does they are here quickly and do a great job with it.
I moved here in June 2011.The apartment building is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Overall the maintenance staff are pleasant and always helpful. When I moved in there was brand new carpet and the maniatenance was quick to help me with anything that I wanted fixed.
