We have been renting from RMC ever since our previous rental company had sold out. They immediately converted our $850 a month apartment to 1400 a month with a cheap remodel. Having personally contracted work through them I found it extremely hard to get paid while they were more than adamant to collect rent. My husband and I rented from RMC for 5 years. Maranda was responsive and always willing to help with any issue we were having. When we moved, I was worried about not getting our security deposit back, but we got it all (minus the carpet cleaning fee, which was in the lease agreement). We never had any problems with them.
