1Star is probably too much. If you ask about their insurance. They get all defensive and say they don't want to work with you. Unprofessional and can't have a conversation with customers.
Wanted to lease a kitchen long term at their Balgowlah Heights location, but they found my business too small and sending threatening messages instead of simple follow up did not help! Customer Service Skills is just appalling - is ZERO. Does want to do admin nor address simple questions from a client's perspective. Just appalling!
