Horrible Customer Service I am from out of town and will be in Vegas this weekend to get married. I called Renta Dress & Tux Shop to make some inquiries about their services. The lady I spoke to was VERY RUDE!!!!! She was so unfriendly, acted like I was waisting her time, and then she hung up on me. I don't know how people like that even stay in business. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! There are other businesses that are willing to help you.
Affordable prices and georgeous gowns I absolutely will do business again with this store if the opportunity occurs. I rented my wedding gown in November last year for an affordable price and received great compliments from relatives and friends. The sales people were being nice and helpful to me.
