I booked an appointment to view a house with this company, arranging date and time, and having both ends agree to the arrangement. I checked the ad an hour before I was supposed to meet them and the property was listed as sold. No one informed me that the property was sold and that I was no longer supposed to go to this house for a viewing. After contacting them about it I got a sarcastic remark. I have been working hard knocking on every door in the city to find a place and it is hard to even get a viewing I'm still waiting for responses from over two weeks ago. Trista Groulx messaged me back immediately she is very professional and very kind and patient she helped me with the application without a sweat even if I don't get the place these guys are the only ones who actually took the time.
My fiance and I went to look at a home for rent with rent4all. The home representative name Trista Groulx was very unprofessional and rude. After the showing I messaged her many time regarding the property and she read all the messages and never returned anything. She was demeaning and condescending making assumptions about my fiance and I. She was unresponsive and did not clarify by any means how to apply for the property. I would highly not recommend using this company, they are very unprofessional, hard to get a hold of, do not follow through or follow up also seem very unorganized. Using their service has made things a lot harder then if I tried myself.
