This place is ridiculous, I got off work tonight and my car is gone AGAIN !THEY TOWED IT AGAIN WITH NO EMAIL NO PHONE CALL,I JUST GAVE THEM MY WHOLE CHECK LAST WEEK BECAUSE they didn't get a email from my insurance company instead of calling to make sure I had insurance which I did the lady just didn't fax it like she promised .I had to pay 800 dollars to get it back my whole damn check .for the fmtiw bill from the landing to Mt branson less then a mile away ,I haven't even recovered from that my auto pay didn't go through f... read more
Please save yourself some time and don’t rent from this car lot , awful customer service they are very rude workers and they are a big ripoff !! Cars are older model and they are way over price it’s plenty much more I can say worse experience ever with this car place . they charge way too much for their cars and they only want do the oil change ( and the guy barely be in ) you have to put down 1100 or more just to get car and they don’t explain everything to you when getting a car so unprofessional 0/10 recommend!! charge yo... read more
The front office team is very rude when dealing with customers. They were too busy for a quick oil change on Monday afternoon. The office smelled a little like stale funyuns. They had to make sure a titled money order to them "cleared" the bank (aka cash that 1200 deposit check) before handing over the keys. Just all around poor customer service and upkeep of vehicles. We had a rental at enterprise and when I got to Branson I called them and asked if my car was ready, they told me they had over booked and that my conformation meant nothing. I looked everywhere for a car and seen this place. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The car was nice and we had a great experience! I would definitely use them again!
