I just got a vehicle from them & they helped me out with all my problems just to help me get into a car that suits me they gave me excellent service even on Saturday they helped me get into my first car.
Would not recommend. Less than 2 weeks after getting the car, it started shutting off multiple times. The battery/fuse area was visibly corroded, burned, and looked previously patched. An independent mechanic told us it could become a serious fire risk. We sent the dealership pictures immediately but kept getting the runaround, so we eventually told them to come pick the car up. They don’t let you test drive the cars because they be having major problems with them, my dad got a Jeep Renegade from RTO and once he took it home it had multiple problems including bad brakes save your money folks and go to Instacredit Automart or fix your credit file bankruptcy and get you a new ball whether than a messed up car from them
The front staff MAINLY THE FEMALES are highly RUDE I will take my money else where…. A simple phone call and you guys are giving me ATTITUDE??? and also the person running the reviews have no respect or accountability… It’s excuse after excuse as to why you guys are selling customers junky nasty cars!!!! My experience with Rent to Own Auto Center has unfortunately been terrible . I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot at the end of May-and since then I have had ongoing problems with the vehicle running hot and constantly leaking antifreeze The vehicle has already been back to their mechanic twice for the same issueThe last time it started running hot, I had to have it towed to the shop, and they kept the vehicle for almost a month I picked it up about two weeks ago, and I’m still dealing with the exact same problem vehicle is runni... read more
