I was reluctant about doing this, but now I will NEVER do this again. I entered into a contract on Sept. 24 with this place for a Chevy Captiva. I drove it off the lot, get on the highway and it doesn’t feel right. I think maybe it’s the highway. I drive it later that even and vehicle still doesn’t feel balanced. Not to mention the check engine light comes on. I call RTAC first thing Monday morning, advised of what happened. I told him I would prefer to void out the contract at this point. The Chevy captiva saga continues. I got the suv back get into it and you can immediately feel the front passenger tire situation wasn’t corrected. So guess where I am now?? Yep back out here for them to look at the same issue that just needed to be balanced. This place is a joke, untrustworthy, just don’t do it. They won’t give me back my money and today marks a full seven days of having the suv. I’m going to put this everywhere I can to warn people. It’s not worth it!!!
