Becky is very nice. However some of the other people are not. Rude rude rude. I have never been in a situation like this before. I like the concept. The whole point of getting a vehicle was to go back to work. The insurance is ridiculously high. would I rent again?..probably...If I could just deal with Becky
horrible experience they didn't let me test drive upon purchase. I had a 2001 Lincoln town car they charged me $641.88 a month for a piece of shit. When I told them I was bringing it back they hurry up and sent a repo man who hurried up jump in my car while it was in my driveway and almost hit my neighbors car which was parked on the street. My last review from 11/2016 was somehow deleted from the website. Bad cars with poor customer service. We are currently renting a vehicle and are experiencing some major transmission issues. We are good people who trusted the motto of this company and are not receiving what we signed our contract for.
Although the payments are a little steep, I feel like that it's worth it. Their dedication and commitment is outstanding when it comes to their customers and their needs. I would recommend RTO to anyone. They will go that extra mile to take care of you. Thank you for the great car buying experience!
