I had such a wonderful experience with them! The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I went in to try on the dress about five different times, and every single time they treated me so well and were so welcoming and patient with me. The service was excellent, and all the ladies were absolutely lovely. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a dress rental!

Such an outstanding experience! Rent the Couture made finding the perfect prom dress super duper easy. I loved their collection & ended up finalising the Pink Syntrite dress. What I loved most was their warm, personalised service!! The girl helping me was very nice and a lot of non wedding dresses to select from. The part where i was disappointed about is the fee transparency. When you book an appointment online, it didn’t ask you to pay for a try on fee for wedding dresses, which is why I booked it. But upon arrival, I was told in the middle of my fitting that I needed to pay a fee if I wanted to try on wedding dresses. Came in to rent a wedding dress for my wife and had such a wonderful experience! Everyone was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and my wife found the perfect wedding dress. We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back again to rent a short white reception dress for her. The quality of the dresses and the outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!
