Rented my dress for a Bridgerton Ball experience from here and this was my fourth time renting from them and they truly never disappoint! A special shoutout to Kleo! she was so helpful, patient, and really understood the vision I was going for. She made the whole experience even better and stress-free What I love most is how reliable RTC is! Editted after your response: I didn't even realize there was another option of a paid appointment why was there no coommunication about that option when I sent the email with 14 dresses?! I was told it would be fine i pasted exactly your response to my email below. You also have 4 change rooms not 2!Your response provides zero accountability on how your team handled this.
