Andrew was thorough and efficient in helping me secure the apartment my partner and I wanted.
I filled out an application on apartments.com and Matthew Real-Costa replied. Asked my desired move in date, number of pets, and who was moving in. I replied back and even if im not in the demographic your looking for (which in this economy is crazy if you have 3 adults with stable employment) he couldve replied back and said as much. Dont leave a person in limbo….for whatever reason. It’s unprofessional.
