Arlis was great in helping to find an apartment in Boston!
This group posts fake listings to bait clients but is unresponsive when you ask to see the apartment that you inquired about. Arlis emailed and texted but then ignored both when I asked to see the apartment that was posted on apartments.com. If this group responds to inquiring about a spot I recommend cross checking their website for the apartment you are interested in before wasting your time.
My son and 3 of his friends decided that they wanted to rent an “off campus” apt. for their Sr. year at BU. Arlis Paul was the agent who secured the apt. and helped keep ALL the parents organized in a text chain, sending us the necessary updates, deposit requests, and paperwork required to close the deal.
