Great for landlords! You guys are great. It's a really great service, I got lots of calls on my property and everyone wanted to rent!
They do what they can I had a hard time finding a place through these guys but my requirements are very specific. I asked for a 900 dollar a month 3 bedroom house with a finished basement and in the grandkid's school district (Shawnee mission). It took a while and I got frustrated a few times but I eventually found something so it was worth it. They give you 6 months so it was enough to make a difference to me.
