I started out as a vendor with Rent Solutions. The experience that I have had with them this far has been nothing short of Awesome. Since I've had a good working relationship with the owner and the staff at rent solutions I decided to search for my home through them. I went from an apartment to or three bedroom home with a pool thanks to them. From the owner to the staff I have had nothing but an amazing experience.

can't get them to answer the phones or call back
This company is just plain grimey. Will give you a house is terrible filthy condition with a roach infestation and then will turn around and take $170 from your security deposit to clean a total of 2 rooms in a 670 square foot house. When we paid $150 for a deep clean for the entire house before we moved out. Do not rent from them. They will try to keep every penny of your deposit. And then ignore you when you stand up for yourself.
I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared. I am not the type to make comments on the internet but when I am really happy or impressed about something I just have to spit it out. My credit score problems was solved by MEDALLION CREDIT GROUP. Don’t know if you have heard of them. Anyways I had charges on my credit card that weren’t mine and also unpaid loans. Couldn’t get an approval for a house. Two years ago I had an accident and hit my head pretty bad, I still get constant migraines even over a year after, I had an operation 7months back.
