Never fixed the damages that were on the property prior to my lease, hard to get ahold of them during office hours(never in office), kept my deposit and insisted they sent me an email about the up charge which i have yet to see in my inbox(es). Very rude if you don't kiss up to them. Don't expect much from them if you do decide to rent.

The woman in charge of this management has horrible manners. Rented from her for several years and towards the end of my lease she rudely refused to acknowledge my attempts of renewing due to a mistake that could of easily been resolved. Has horrible manners and a demeaning attitude towards her tenants. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The woman who showed us the home was very unprofessional and was talking very bad about other applicants. I am not sure if this was the owner of the home or the owner of Rent Smart Property Management Inc. After seeing the home, the woman sent us a link to apply and pay $60.00 for a credit & background check. I called on a Monday morning to check the status of our applications and was told very rudely, "there is no status, it is too early on Monday to have a status".
