My friend and I were on a girl's trip and stayed at the Bay Oaks resort for a week. Rented a home in may paid in full for a september vacation for my family it ended up being the week of hurricane idalia bought the insurance just in case..well long story short i am out $2200 even though florida was under a state of emergeny and there was 250000 people out of power along the gulf coast the rental company will not let you change dates for a safer time or refund your money So for the future renters please be careful renting from this company customers are not there first priority even in a natural disaster...... read more
