Hamid has been a great help with excellent service with a rental property. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent his/her property. He has found several good tenants and responded to assist with everything from listing, market adjustments, comps, cleaning, handyman, moving of furniture, and even helped me late in the evening to remove a large chair from the house. He is a dedicated professional.
They are quick to fix anything we need.
Rent Sarasota has been such a pleasure to work with and we will be with them for years to come. Hamid is always responsive any day I need him. We worked together a full year before my first rental and he was there every step of the way. When I need anything from him, he responds, comes to the unit and calls with complete urgency.
