I loved having Hank manage my property. I only stopped using him because I am swapping this property out for a different one in the Midwest. He by far, has gave me the best service out of the 3 different companies I have used. For example one time Hank had one of his units throwing out an almost new couch and he called me and offered to replace my older couch with it and just pay for the moving fee. Highly recommend Hank and his team! We thoroughly enjoyed the process. Our situation was complicated by hurricane Milton but Hank never missed a beat and he put a renter in our apartment in no time! Common sense and down to earth approach and very pleasant to deal with!
