When a minor repair popped up, her friendly and professional “handyman” arrived promptly and fixed what needed to be repaired. Cristine and her staff are professionals. I contacted this company for a quote a few months ago. Really needed to hire a property management company at the time. I was asked to send information about our commercial property. After sending all the requested information, I never received a response. We were very disappointed.
Best person I ever rented from gave me my full deposit back. Didnt pretend like I messed up everything to keep my deposit. Was also very respectful and positive. I highly recommend her as your realtor
