I am only giving one because there are no 0s. I had to stay almost all summer and part of Spring ( 6 months) with an air conditioner that was not working, it kept running, throwing my electricity to the roof. After I left, I moved out of town. They were not able to give me my check back from the deposit because 1st they sent it to the wrong address, then finally after too many calls, 2 and 1/2 months later, they sent it to the wrong name and address again. Michael Youn (Who provided 5-star rating ofc) is a scam just like Rent Now RGV, they work together. Michael Youn is literally the worst landlord you can ever get. BEWARE!! They want to steal your deposit and then kick you out for trying to pay your bill. Rent Now RGV doesn’t even deserve one star. They are a scam company that will take your deposit, block you from paying your bills, provide invalid pay lease ID, and don’t answer phone calls except unless you getting a unit from them and will lie to you.
