Absolutely terrible experience with Northview REIT. The management is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Getting any sort of response is a struggle, and when they do reply, nothing actually gets resolved. Maintenance is a joke—requests are ignored or patched up with temporary fixes that don’t last. Very poor experience. Management does not respond to calls, maintenance is delayed, and there are no updates on work orders. The customer service staff is also very rude. Despite high rent, the service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

After renting from these people for years, I can say this multi billion dollar company is effectively a scam. Awful prices. Awful maintenance. Everything Awful. I'm tired of always going into the office for the same reasons. I LOVE needing multiple heaters to survive the winters. Never had that issue with Midwest. Too bad I left such a decent property management for this garbage. When I move out, I'll legit blow my brains out over renting from them ever again.
