Absolutely terrible experience with Northview REIT. The management is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Getting any sort of response is a struggle, and when they do reply, nothing actually gets resolved. Maintenance is a joke—requests are ignored or patched up with temporary fixes that don’t last. It feels like they only care about collecting rent and not about providing a livable space. The worst part is the handling of deposits. Very poor experience. Management does not respond to calls, maintenance is delayed, and there are no updates on work orders. The customer service staff is also very rude. Despite high rent, the service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
Terrible company to deal with. Maintenance is a negative 5 star.
