Don't rent from them. They are horrible. They don't fix anything. My bathroom floods every time you shower. It also floods the hall outside my apartment. Been reported a couple of times but nothing was done. The entire basement apartments are infested with cockroaches. No exterminator has been there. And their apartments are way overpriced.
Amazing and straight forward. Highly recommended
