Very disappointed with this organization. I rented for 2 years with 100% on-time rent payments and very little requests for service, etc. My deposit essentially funded the preparations to sell the home. If you rent, document 100% of the condition, with pictures, at move in. Was offered to rent another year for $100 per month more than it was offered to general public as a thank-you for 2 years of rent paid.
