Terrible property managers. They collect and keep late fees for themselves. They don't even manage the property. They're not even willing to go out to a property upon an owners request without payment upfront for a persistent problem.

It has been one of the best experiences renting from Rent-LBK. They always respond fast and take care of any question or issue you may have. Everyone on their staff is kind, and hard working and they care about their residents.
They are very polite and reassuring if contacted. You don't have to contact them multiple times for stuff that needs to be fixed or looked at. They try and work with your schedule as best as possible. What I like the most is they send reminders about things that are coming due or if they are going to visiting your home.
