I have rented from The Rent Lady for years! She and her team have always been swift to diagnose and handle any property needs as they arose. She replies quickly to calls and emails and is a great landlord. I highly recommend her and her team.

The rent lady is a complete fraud! I rented with her for one year as a roommate, during which time she failed to answer any calls regarding service to the house but would show up unannounced with questions regarding only items that benefited her. An entire year later as I am purchasing my own home I learn she had filed a lien against me without making any attempt to contact me to collect any possible debt. Upon learning of this fraudulent lien I contact her and am told "to bad you should have filed a release?" Stay far away ... read more
Wonderful ladies! Mary worked with us on finding a house. They were very polite and professional and we had a great experience with this company. I would recommend and use again.
This company was referred to me by my brother. She rented his house for him for a few years with no problems. I figured she was good and take care of my house. I had a problem with a tenant that wasn't paying and she took over no problem. She got the tenant out of the house. Brought a new one in. This happened within days of each other. She took pictures of the house and said that it didn't need any work done to it or cleaning. The only problem was there was a hole in the drywall in one bedroom.
