Sad to say I would not even give rent it management group one star there poor response times to issues they don’t address the issues on hand they continuously lie about what the next steps are in fixing maintenance problems. I have never dealt with a group with such incompetency. I have lived the home for at least 12 years made numerous upgrades to my standards and all I asked them to do is basic maintenance of the property. Been in our rental house 5 years. Owners have changed hands several times always with a new property management company. This one has been the worst by far. The garden beds in our front yard rotted out so we put in a request to have them install new wood along with a few other misc items like a shower curtain rod that had come off the wall, that was 2 years ago. We have been without a working refrigerator for 10 days and were just told it will be another 10 days before we will get one. Rent It Management Group went to the supplier's store, after their office hours, and found a refrigerator. The maintenance men delivered and installed it bright and early the next day. AND Rent It Management gave us a $200 credit to help with the food we had to replace. We are beyond blessed!
